NBC reported Hobbs walked without assistance out of the Eagles' X-ray room wearing a neck brace. X-rays came back negative.
Last season, Hobbs, a six-year veteran, missed the final nine games of the season with a neck injury that required surgery.
Parker, who was second on the team in sacks with five, was forced to leave Monday night's win over Washington with the same hip injury. He did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, but returned Friday and was back in the lineup for his 96th consecutive start.
