Dolphins sell out Monday night home opener vs. Colts

MIAMI -- The Dolphins' home opener under new owner Stephen Ross is a sellout.

The Dolphins announced Friday that Monday night's game against the Indianapolis Colts has been sold out, meaning the local TV blackout will be lifted.

Miami hasn't had a regular-season home game blacked out since 1998, but Ross has said he wants to create more excitement about the Dolphins in South Florida and expand support for the team.

Since completing his purchase of the franchise in January, Ross has announced partnerships with six celebrities, most recently new limited partners Venus and Serena Williams.
