Dolphins help kids build skills with drills for USA Football channel

They may not be viral sensations on the internet, but the Miami Dolphins' practice drills have become a staple on YouTube.

With training videos released during last season, the Dolphins helped USA Football to show proper ways to block, tackle and train. Their 10 videos at the USA Football channel all have been watched at least 20,000 times each as part of its "Skills and Drills" series.

The first one was led by Dolphins linebacker coach Mark Duffner on the drills he puts his position players through.

Another video shows how to defeat the double team.

Speaking of double-team, another drill shows the double-team strip drill.

Offense was the focus on this look at zone blocking drills.

Zone blocking was again the focus in this pin-and-pull drill.
