Dolphins don't know severity of right arm injury to LT Long

The Miami Dolphins are in wait-and-see mode with injured All-Pro left tackle Jake Long.

Long left last week's loss to the New England Patriots with a arm injury and didn't return. ESPN later reported that Long suffered a torn right biceps.

Dolphins interim coach Todd Bowles didn't dispute that report on Monday when asked if that was Long's injury, but wasn't confirming it, either.

"We're still running the tests," Bowles told The Miami Herald. "I'm hearing rumors that he did, but we won't know anything until Wednesday. Honestly, we were off [Sunday]."

Long has battled injuries throughout the season, missing the first three weeks of training camp with a knee injury. A back injury forced him to miss the first game of his career in Week 15 against the Buffalo Bills.
