Debate: Is cold-weather Super Bowl a one-time thing?

Commissioner Roger Goodell has said that the announcement of the New York/New Jersey region as the host for Super Bowl XLVIII does not set a precedent for future Super Bowls. While NFL.com's Vic Carucci agrees with that sentiment, Steve Wyche isn't quite so sure.
