Dean Blandino explains three-step process of a legal catch

During his weekly Tuesday appearance on NFL Network's "NFL Total Access," NFL vice president of officiating Dean Blandino used an incomplete pass to Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant as an example of how refs, following a three-step process, simplify calls made on the field. He says the process involves "control, two feet and have the ball long enough to perform an act common to the game."
