Cowboys WR Austin returns for matchup with Giants

Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin will return when Dallas hosts the New York Giants Sunday night.

Austin, listed as questionable on the Cowboys' Friday injury report, has not played since Week 9 because of a hamstring injury.

Cowboys receiver Laurent Robinson, also listed as questionable, is active. Robinson has filled in for Austin the last four weeks, but is nursing a shoulder injury.

The Giants will be without safety Kenny Phillips, who was ruled out on Saturday because of a knee injury.

The Giants are trying to snap a four-game losing streak. A win Sunday in Dallas would tie them with the Cowboys for first place in the division.
