Two additional fines from Week 2's Chargers-Patriots tilt have been handed out by the NFL, according to a league source.

Chargers safety Eric Weddle was fined $15,000 for unnecessary roughness. The infraction came on a pass play in which Weddle made helmet-to-helmet contact with the opponent.

The NFL on Thursday also fined Chargers defensive tackle Antonio Garay $15,000 for a hit below the knee on quarterback Tom Brady.
