Cardinals hire ex-Browns executive McCreight as pro personnel director

Two months after his departure from the Cleveland Browns, T.J. McCreight landed with the Arizona Cardinals as their director of pro personnel, the team announced Thursday.

McCreight spent the 2007 and 2008 seasons as the Browns' director of player personnel after originally joining the team in 2005 as the assistant director of player personnel. He was let go in late January in a coaching and front-office shakeup that led to Eric Mangini being hired as coach and George Kokinis as general manager.

McCreight also spent eight seasons (1997-2004) in the Baltimore Ravens' personnel department.
