Browns WR Massaquoi, QB Wallace ruled out vs. Saints

The Cleveland Browns have downgraded wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi from doubtful to out for their Week 7 matchup against the New Orleans Saints, the team announced Saturday.

Massaquoi didn't practice this week after taking a violent hit from Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison in the Browns' 28-10 loss last Sunday.

Harrison was fined $75,000 for the hit, one of several that led to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell cracking down on players leading with their helmets on defenseless players.

Offensive lineman John St. Clair (ankle) and quarterback Seneca Wallace (ankle) also were downgraded to out on Saturday, assuring that rookie Colt McCoy would make his second consecutive start for the Browns.

The Browns also listed linebacker Marcus Benard as questionable because of personal reasons.
