Broncos' T.J. Ward fined $10,000 for throwing punch

T.J. Ward was ejected from Sunday's blowout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs for throwing a punch at Jeremy Maclin. He won't miss any more game action because of the incident.

He will, however, be lighter in the wallet.

The league fined the Denver Broncos safety $10,000, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source informed of the situation. Ward is appealing the fine.

Ward, who's third on the Broncos in tackles this season with 51, was fined $23,150 last week for a hit on Colts wideout T.Y. Hilton as well as having his jersey untucked.
