Blue Ribbon Panel: Frank Bifulco

Frank Bifulco is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for The Home Depot. He is responsible for the Company's strategic marketing vision, as well as its category marketing and brand development.

Frank has 30 years of marketing, sales and general management experience in consumer products and retail businesses. Prior to joining The Home Depot in April of 2008, Frank served as the chief customer officer and president of Hasbro North America Sales and was responsible for account management and for setting the overall customer strategy and go-to-market approach for Hasbro's toy and game sales in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Previously, from 2001 to 2003, Frank served as the chief marketing officer for The Timberland Co., setting the overall business strategy and direction for building the brand and for driving consumer marketing efforts globally. From 1994 to 2000, he was the senior vice president of marketing for Coca-Cola North America, responsible for brand management and for volume planning across the U.S. and Canada. He started his professional career at Procter & Gamble.

Frank earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also holds a master's degree in engineering science from Cornell University and a master's degree in business management from Central Michigan University.
