It's back to Buffalo for Richie Incognito.
The team's starting left guard from last season tweeted Tuesday that he's struck a new three-year deal with the Bills.
The Bills later announced the new deal, though did not disclose terms. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a team source, that the pact is worth roughly $15 million over three years for Incognito, who bounced back from an embarrassing league-imposed suspension to finish as the NFL's second-best guard last season, per Pro Football Focus.
Negotiations were stop-and-go with Incognito amid reports the team was "frustrated" the veteran blocker wouldn't accept a team-friendly deal.
The concern for Buffalo is that Incognito turns 33 in July, but the Bills are gambling on Richie playing at a high level deep into the future. Incognito inking a new multiyear deal is something plenty of NFL types never saw coming as recently as a year ago.
