Bills reportedly sign kicker Lindell to new deal

The Buffalo News reported Friday) that the Bills have signed kicker Rian Lindell to a new contract worth approximately $3 million per year. The newspaper said the length of the deal is unknown.

Lindell, 35, has been with the Bills since 2002. He made 13 of 15 field-goal attempts last season, playing in just eight games because of an injured shoulder.

Since joining the team, Lindell has made 204 of 246 attempted field goals, including 10 that were longer than 50 yards.

Lindell first entered the NFL in 2000 with the Seahawks and played in Seattle for three seasons.
