Bengals WR Simpson back in starting lineup vs. Bills

Wide receiver Jerome Simpson was back in the Cincinnati Bengals' starting lineup Sunday against the unbeaten Buffalo Bills.

Simpson sat out the first few plays during a 13-8 loss to the San Francisco 49ers last week. He'd missed two days of practice leading up to that game while under investigation for a marijuana shipment to his house. Simpson had one catch against the 49ers.

Bills right guard Kraig Urbik, who had been listed as doubtful with a knee injury, was inactive. Chad Rinehart started in his place. Cornerback Drayton Florence replaced Terrence McGee, who has a hamstring injury.
