Bengals' Palmer to rest shoulder again, will practice Friday

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer, dealing with a sore passing shoulder, will miss another day of practice Thursday, but he is expected back Friday, the team announced.

Palmer, along with wide receiver Chad Ochocinco, missed practice Wednesday, two days after the pair had a heated sideline exchange during a 27-21 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ochocino is dealing with a sore ankle sustained when somebody rolled into him Monday, but he will practice Thursday, the team said.

Ochocinco, limited to just one catch against the Steelers while teammate Terrell Owens recorded 10 receptions and two touchdowns, expressed frustration with his role in the Bengals' offense. Coach Marvin Lewis pulled Ochocinco off the field to cool down Monday.
