Bears' Urlacher takes in Penn State spring game

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher craned his neck to get a better look at the play.

A spectator at Penn State's Blue-White spring game, he was impressed by his trip Saturday to State College.

Urlacher was invited to Penn State by head athletic football trainer Tim Bream, who used to work for the Bears.

About 60,000 fans took in the glorified scrimmage. A New Mexico graduate, Urlacher joked the only time the Lobos drew such a crowd was when they played BYU.

Urlacher was a draw himself on the sideline with visitors asking for pictures. He's also impressed with new Penn State coach Bill O'Brien, the former New England Patriots offensive coordinator.

"I know a good football coach when I see one," Urlacher said. "And that man knows how to win."
