Bears' Hester leaves game with shoulder injury

CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears wide receiver and return specialist Devin Hester left in the first quarter of Saturday's preseason game with a shoulder injury.

Hester had a 29-yard punt return to put the ball on the Chicago 49, but left several plays later, when he was injured trying to block. He stayed down for a few minutes, then jogged to the sideline. With Muhsin Muhammad being held out, Hester started at wide receiver.
