Arians on SB 50: We're dressing in SF's locker room

The Arizona Cardinals' mantra all season was that they would not let others dress in their locker room for Super Bowl XLIX. That dream ended in the Wild Card round, but coach Bruce Arians is already getting lathered for Super Bowl 50, hosted by the San Francisco 49ers.

"We're dressing in their locker room," a smiling Arians said Saturday from "NFL Honors," per the team's official website. "We can write it down today."

Arians was fresh off winning Coach of the Year when he turned the team's saying on its head.

The 62-year-old won the award for coaxing 11 wins out of a team riddled with injuries on both sides of the football. He did it with a potent combination of tough love and bravado.

Saturday's way-too-early statement that the Cardinals will be playing in the Super Bowl a year from now is the type of confidence that Arians oozes -- and it seeps into his players' mindset.
