Cooper caught seven passes for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders' 38-35 loss. Cooper received 51 percent of the vote to finish ahead of Marcus Mariota (17), Jordan Hicks (14), Karlos Williams (11) and Jeremy Langford (6).

Hicks recorded six tackles and had a 67-yard interception-return touchdown in the Eagles' 33-27 overtime win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Karlos Williams, Buffalo Bills
Williams rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns in the Bills' 33-17 win over the Miami Dolphins.
