Alfred Morris of Washington Redskins voted Pepsi Max Rookie of the Week

Voters on NFL.com have made their choice. Running back Alfred Morris of the Washington Redskins is the Pepsi Max NFL Rookie of the Week for games played on Dec. 30, the NFL announced.

Morris rushed for 200 yards on 33 carries and scored three touchdowns in a 28-18 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Morris was selected from among five finalists through fan votes on NFL.com/rookies. The other finalists were linebacker Zach Brown of the Tennessee Titans, linebacker Vontaze Burfict of the Cincinnati Bengals, wide receiver T.Y. Hilton of the Indianapolis Colts and quarterback Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks.

After the regular season, five players will be nominated for Pepsi Max NFL Rookie of the Year honors. Fans can vote for the winner on NFL.com/rookies throughout the month of January. The Pepsi Max NFL Rookie of the Year will be announced at the second annual "NFL Honors" awards show in New Orleans on Saturday, Feb. 2, the night before Super Bowl XLVII.

This is Pepsi's 11th year as the official soft drink sponsor of the NFL and the eleventh year that Pepsi will present the NFL Rookie of the Week and NFL Rookie of the Year awards.

PEPSI ROOKIE OF THE WEEK NOMINEES

Zach Brown, Tennessee Titans

Brown recorded one sack and two interceptions, returning both for touchdowns as the Titans beat the Jacksonville Jaguars, 38-20.

Vontaze Burfict, Cincinnati Bengals

Burfict led the team with 18 total tackles, ten solo as the Bengals beat the Baltimore Ravens, 23-17.

T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts

Hilton caught four passes for 111 yards and one touchdown in the Colts' 28-16 victory over the Houston Texans.

Alfred Morris, Washington Redskins

Morris gained 200 yards on 33 carries and scored three touchdowns in a 28-18 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks

Wilson completed 15 of 19 passes for 250 yards and one touchdown as well as adding 58 yards and one touchdown on the ground to help lead the Seahawks to a 20-13 victory over the St. Louis Rams.
