Alabama football organizations cut back on full-contact practices

The Alabama High School Athletic Association announced new practice guidelines Monday, including a limit of 90 minutes of full-contact practice a week, AL.com reported.

That is followed by Alabama youth leagues, some of which are limiting contact to as little as 30 minutes a week as practices began Monday, according to The Birmingham News.
