Bye Week.............9

Like many of the Buccaneers last season, Williams would like to forget 2013. The big receiver played just six games before hamstring surgery shut him down for the remainder of the season. He now moves to Buffalo where he is looking for a fresh start. Williams will be part of an intriguing -- if somewhat unproven -- receiving corps. There should be plenty for fantasy owners to watch during training camp.

Cotchery is the top receiver on the Panthers roster right now. That's not necessarily a good thing. The veteran set a career high with 10 touchdown receptions last season, but they came on just 46 catches for 602 yards -- all while having Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders help open space for him. He'll be asked to do a lot without a little help in Carolina. It's not a promising situation for Cam Newton ... or fantasy owners.

Bye Week.............4

Hawkins' stock could be on the rise, depending on what happens with fellow Browns receiver Josh Gordon. No one believes the fourth-year receiver can truly fill Gordon's shoes, but if last season's breakout star is suspended for any length of time, Hawkins is destined to see more targets. Nonetheless, Cleveland's offense is one that will probably lean on its running game early in the season. Even if Hawkins moves up in the pecking order, he'll be hard-pressed to post the type of numbers that would make him any more than a No. 4 fantasy option.

Bye Week.............4

Givens took a small step back in 2013 after a promising rookie campaign. He wasn't totally to blame for that regression, however, as the Rams offense as a whole struggled -- especially after an injury to quarterback Sam Bradford. This season, St. Louis figures to throw the ball more, which is good news for Givens' prospects. But he finds himself in a crowded receiving corps alongside Tavon Austin, Austin Pettis, Brian Quick and veteran Kenny Britt. Givens has shown the talent to make plays, but the potential for inconsistent targets in 2014 makes him a risky option.

Bye Week.............9

When Julio Jones was lost for the season and Roddy White was hobbled with injuries, Douglas filled in very well for Atlanta. At least for a little while. It was unrealistic to believe Douglas could maintain that level of production all season. Now that Jones and White are healthy, Douglas should once again be relegated to being a third option in the passing game. He'll have limited value unless there's a repeat of 2013's injury quagmire.

Bye Week.............5

Holmes can be considered a deep sleeper this season in an Oakland receiving corps that doesn't have much of an identity. He played in 10 games last season with the raiders averaged 17.2 yards per catch but the lack of volume kept him from being fantasy-relevant. He is currently ahead of Denarious Moore on the depth chart and loosk to have a more prominent role in 2014 so keep your eye on him throughout the preseason as the Raiders solidify their starting squad.

Bye Week.............11

The Jaguars doubled down on their attempts to bolster their receivers, drafting Lee and Allen Robinson. One or both of those players could be expected to help ease the loss of Justin Blackmon if the troubled wideout doesn't return to the field in 2014. Lee appears to be the first in line for the job. At his best, the former USC star is a threat to go the distance any time he touches the football, though he struggles with drops at times. It could take some time for Lee (or Robinson, for that matter) to find a groove in an offense that is likely to lean on Toby Gerhart and the running game early in the season.

Bye Week.............6

Donnie Avery enters 2014 as a potential second option at receiver for the Chiefs. Although considering the lack of excitement in Kansas City's passing game, that's not particularly encouraging. The team's best option in the passing game might still be Jamaal Charles, which says a lot about what Avery might offer fantasy owners in the new season. The veteran receiver will be a waiver wire option at best.

Bye Week.............9

The 10th-year veteran will likely be competing for a spot as Tennessee's third receiver. It's not an enviable spot to be in on a team that has been inconsistent in the passing game in recent seasons. With two young potential stars like Kendall Wright and Justin Hunter also on the roster, Washington's role in the offense could be fairly minimal. There will be better options available on draft day.

Bye Week.............4

Kearse gained more attention for his work in the postseason than anything he did during the regular season. Overall, it doesn't seem much will change for the University of Washington product now that Percy Harvin is back and (apparently) ready to go. Being the third receiver on a team that leads with the running game isn't a recipe for becoming a fantasy commodity. Kearse isn't likely to have his name called in a lot of fantasy drafts this summer.

Bye Week.............4

After putting himself on the map in Week 1 of the preseason, rookie wideout John Brown is a favorite fantasy sleeper candidate this year in Arizona. He's already drawn comparisons to the legendary Marvin Harrison and Anquan Boldin. At this rate, he's sure to land on fantasy teams in a hurry. The hype train is rolling on Brown and if he keeps impressing in the preseason, there may be no stopping him.

Bye Week.............8

Beckham joins a team in search of more options at receiver. After a poor 2013, the Giants lost passing game staple Hakeem Nicks to the Colts via free agency. That means Beckham should compete with Rueben Randle for the second receiver slot opposite Victor Cruz. The former LSU standout doesn't immediately jump off the screen, but his route-running ability and quality hands could make him a sleeper in an offense that is looking to rebound in 2014.

Bye Week.............4

Johnson was signed to a three-year contract by the Browns off the Packers' practice squad last October, but Cleveland soon learned he had a torn ACL so he wasn't able to play in 2013. Coach Mike Pettine has been talking Johnson up early in training camp and thinks he can contribute to Cleveland's lacking recieving corps. He will have to compete his way through camp to have an impact but there's a chance he emerges as a player the Browns can count on.

Bye Week.............11

Kerley led the Jets last season with 43 catches for 523 yards. That tells you all you need to know about Gang Green's passing game in 2013. But by upgrading the receiving corps by adding Eric Decker, Kerley won't be asked to assume as large a role in the aerial attack. That diminished responsibility could shrink even more if New York adds another receiver in the draft. Kerley is best left on the board.

Bye Week.............10

Royal got off to a quick start in 2013 and was one of the hottest names around after the first couple weeks of the season. Eventually that faded and the veteran returned to being the inconsistent role player that he's been for most of his career. Fantasy owners shouldn't expect that to change much in 2014 -- especially on a roster that will feature Keenan Allen and hopes for bigger things from Vincent Brown and Malcom Floyd.

Bye Week.............8

After spending his entire career with the Buffalo Bills, Johnson will give a run in San Francisco a go this season. He's eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark three times in his career and scored a career best 10 touchdowns in 2010. He's not likely to reach those heights again with the 49ers but he should still play a significant role in the passing game as a member of a talented receiving corps that includes Anquan Boldin and Michael Crabtree.
