Veteran sports columnist and author, Mark Kriegel, joined NFL Network in 2012. Kriegel joined NFL Network after spending the previous five years as a national columnist for FOXSports.com, as well as the host of the bi-weekly "Bar Fly on FOX" chat with athletes, celebrities and media. Previously, Kriegel was a distinguished sports columnist for the New York Post and New York Daily News for 10 years, known for his distinctive voice. Kriegel also served as a contributing editor at Esquire magazine. In addition to his media credits, Kriegel is the author of three New York Times bestselling books (Namath: A Biography, Pistol: The Life of Pete Maravich and The Good Son: The Life of Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini). Raised in New York City, Kriegel graduated from the Columbia School of Journalism and currently resides in Santa Monica, Ca.
