Excellence on the Field

Crosby continues to cement himself as one of the most dominant and relentless defensive forces in the NFL. Since entering the League in 2019, he ranks first among all defensive linemen in tackles for loss (105), while also placing fourth in total tackles (364) and fourth in quarterback hits (144), which is remarkable production for his position. With 59.5 career sacks (and counting), he stands third in Raider's history, and his 364 career tackles (and counting) are the most by any Raiders defensive lineman in their first six NFL seasons. In recent years, his performance has solidified his reputation for game-changing consistency. He is one of only two players in the NFL to record at least seven sacks in each of his first six seasons, demonstrating elite longevity and durability. A multi-year team captain, Crosby rarely leaves the field, routinely playing nearly every defensive snap, even while battling injuries, and setting the tone for the Raiders' defense through sheer will and leadership. His relentless motor, statistical dominance, and undeniable influence elevated the standard of excellence across the NFL.

These causes are rooted in his own personal journey and lived experience. This year the Maxx Crosby Foundation (MCF) announced a transformative partnership with Hope for the City, to deliver year-round food assistance, drug prevention education, and essential resources to children and families across the Las Vegas valley. This support is helping launch The Hope Bus, a mobile outreach unit delivering food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and school essentials directly to Title I schools, ensuring students receive what they need where they learn. Crosby continues to link his on-field success to youth empowerment. Through One for the Community, the Raiders' sacks leader has helped generate charitable funding for YMCA of Southern Nevada and Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. This reinforces the connection between defensive excellence and real-world opportunities for young people to build strong financial and career foundations. His community partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada provided a $10,000 donation to support 50 club youth with $200 each for a back-to-school shopping experience, with each child receiving essential supplies to thrive in the classroom.
