Excellence on the Field:

A two-time Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee, Dicker has continued his on-field excellence in 2025, ranking as the most accurate kicker in NFL history by making 94.1 percent of his career field goal attempts (111-of-118). He has made 93-of-95 career field goals from less than 50 yards out (97.9 pct.), the best percentage by any kicker on attempts of less than 50 yards in the last 35 years. He has five of the eight longest field goals in franchise history, including a Chargers-record 59-yarder against Arizona. As a rookie, Dicker made 21-of-22 field goals (95.5 pct.) to set the record for best field goal percentage by a rookie kicker since the 1970 NFL-AFL Merger (min. 15 att.)

Dedication & Commitment to Community Efforts This Year:

Fresh off his nomination as the Chargers' 2024 Walter Payton Man of the Year, Dicker has not wavered in his commitment to giving back. Instead, he's become even more engaged in dedicating his time, resources, and heart to making a meaningful impact across Southern California. In early 2025, when wildfires devastated two local cities, Dicker immediately directed his Walter Payton Man of the Year nomination donation to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, supporting firefighters and stations directly affected. Rather than simply donating, Dicker partnered with the Foundation to identify a local fire station as the beneficiary, visiting the crew just before Training Camp began. What was planned as a brief one-hour stop turned into a three-hour visit, as Dicker toured the station, connected with firefighters, and learned firsthand how his support would be used. When he discovered that not all firefighters were on shift that day, he invited the remaining crew and their families to Training Camp, hosting them for on-field meet-and-greets and photo opportunities. Dicker's generosity extends well beyond this single act. Throughout the year, he has been a constant presence at Chargers and Chargers Impact Fund initiatives, including the annual charity golf tournament, Training Camp Pet Adoption, Art Therapy sessions for cancer patients and caregivers, children's book readings, Boo at the Bolt for pediatric cancer families, and Make-A-Wish visits. Notably, Dicker was the only player to participate in the Impact Fund's Community Corner program twice in one season, personally donating $20,000 to provide free game-day experiences for local youth and community groups. Furthering his personal philanthropic vision, Dicker launched his own foundation, Wholeheartedly, to create sustainable, hands-on community programs. So far in 2025, he has surprised teachers impacted by the January wildfires with shopping sprees to rebuild their classrooms, hosted bowling nights for Big Brothers Big Sisters participants, and has planned upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas events to support people experiencing homelessness and local youth. Through both team and personal initiatives, Cameron Dicker has exemplified what it means to lead wholeheartedly by consistently showing up, giving generously, and inspiring others to do the same.

Dedication & Commitment to Community Efforts in Years Past:

When Dicker joined the Chargers midway through the 2022 season as a rookie, he wasted no time getting involved in the community. Just days into his tenure, he joined the Chargers Impact Fund's Bolts Book Club at Wallis Annenberg PetSpace to celebrate students with perfect attendance. There, he read to students, participated in "puppy yoga" with adoptable pets, and quickly established himself as a player eager to connect and give back, marking the first of many community appearances throughout Los Angeles. The 2023 season was a breakout year for Dicker both on and off the field. As he secured his role as the team's starting kicker, he also deepened his commitment to giving back. One defining moment came during the Chargers' annual Halloween event for children and families affected by cancer. After learning that one family in attendance had followed him since his college days at Texas, Dicker stayed long after his scheduled appearance to spend time with them, an act that event organizers described as "above and beyond" anything they had experienced. Since then, Dicker has become a fixture at the annual event, ensuring he's always present (and in costume) to help brighten the day for children and families impacted by pediatric cancer. Beyond team events, Dicker has also created personal moments of generosity. He has hosted multiple holiday events for youth from Big Brothers Big Sisters and Boys and Girls Clubs, providing shopping sprees at Dick's Sporting Goods so children could choose their own sports gear and apparel for the holidays. In 2024, Dicker expanded his reach by forming a meaningful connection with the Friendship Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities. From joining the group on daily walks to purchasing 30 premium game tickets for members, he became an active supporter of their work and participants. On New Year's Day, he helped orchestrate a surprise for a participant in the Friendship Foundation that he had connected with – gifting him Super Bowl tickets in recognition of his hard work and passion as a volunteer for the organization. Throughout each season, Cameron Dicker has demonstrated unwavering dedication to serving others, consistently going beyond expectation to make a lasting difference in the community he now calls home.

Positive Character & a Lifestyle of Giving Back:

Widely regarded as one of the Chargers' most outgoing and positive personalities, Dicker brings enthusiasm and joy to everything he takes on. Whether he's making fans laugh in a team social media video, collaborating with other Los Angeles or international athletes, or connecting with the community at events, Dicker's energy is infectious and his genuine kindness unmistakable. One impromptu moment during Training Camp perfectly captures who Dicker is at his core. After practice, he met a young Chargers superfan who was also a former Make-A-Wish recipient living with muscular dystrophy. Moved by their conversation, Dicker chose to represent Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy as his cause for the 2024 NFL My Cause My Cleats campaign. The following year, during 2025 Training Camp, Dicker reunited with the family and gifted them his custom cleats from the campaign. Dicker's commitment to giving back has continued to evolve with the creation of his foundation, Wholeheartedly, in 2025. Focused on inspiring the next generation, Wholeheartedly is launching as a club for middle school students, encouraging them to engage in local service projects and connect with community organizations. The initiative reflects Dicker's hope to encourage young people to learn the value of compassion and action. To lead by example, Dicker will personally meet with students in the first Wholeheartedly cohort at Hermosa Beach Middle School, helping guide their projects and funding their efforts through his foundation. Through his positivity, empathy, and steadfast commitment to service, Dicker consistently models what it means to live wholeheartedly by uplifting others and inspiring a lifestyle rooted in positivity, kindness and giving back.
