Stephen Boyd
Stephen Boyd is best known as the Rally Captain and has not missed a home or away game since 2014. Between organizing fan rallies and trips for Washington away games, to his custom apparel, flag and staple fan chain, you can always find Rally Captain cheering on the Commanders from the front row. His "Rep it hard or don't rep it at all" motto explains him perfectly with never wavering and always supporting the Burgundy and Gold.
