Elias Otero, better known as one half of the LUCHA BLUE superfans duo, is a diehard Colts fan. He and his son dress up in this look inspired by Ray Mysterio, the underdog of sports entertainment. Like Mysterio, their story is one of overcoming the odds. They have turned this into a wonderful tradition at every Colts home game spreading fun, love and dedication. Elias aims to use his passion for the Colts to inspire children all over the world.
