Steve Lopez

Steve Lopez: I became a Chiefs fan in 1987 when I met Christian Okoye, he was at APU, Azusa Pacific University in California. Since then I've cheered them on from California. I saw them against the Raiders at the both Coliseums, at the then San Diego Chargers in Qualcomm Stadium, and the Rams when they moved back to LA. We made our first Chiefs home game in 2005 for the Jets season opener, we drove for 3 days to get to Arrowhead. Once we had a family we had started a tradition to come see the Chiefs play once a season. Finally, I convinced my wife to move to Missouri and make one of my dreams come true, being a season ticket member. We are huge fans, even naming our son Thomas after my favorite Chief, Derrick Thomas. We are excited to now be in Chiefs Kingdom cheering them on as a family.
