Economic Advancement

Per Scholas' mission is to advance economic equity through rigorous training for tech careers, and to connect skilled talent to leading businesses by providing skills training and access to employer networks to individuals often excluded from tech careers. With campuses in 14 cities, Per Scholas has trained more than 13,000 individuals in tech skills, building bridges to careers in technology.

Grant Partner Since: 2020

NFL Funding Supports:

• Per Scholas' tuition-free Software Engineering course, a 15-week course that prepares people of color, women and other people underrepresented in tech for in-demand and high-paying roles in software engineering, web development, and coding.
• The 180 individuals that will be enrolled in the Software Engineering courses.
• Several operational items, including recruitment/marketing, training costs, and business solutions.
