Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) is a preeminent anti-poverty organization that breaks the cycle of intergenerational poverty through its holistic pathway of cradle-to-career services with proven impact in Central Harlem and nationally. From early childhood, education, and career programs to community outreach and wellness initiatives, HCZ opens pathways to mobility and prosperity.

Funding Will Support:
- HCZ's William Julius Wilson Institute (WJWI), which provides communities nationwide with technical assistance and field-building support.
- WJWI's continued work to support leaders in understanding and executing scalable cradle-to-career strategies at the neighborhood level, which will include providing technical assistance to practitioners and stakeholders engaged in place-based, cradle-to-career strategy implementation.
- WJWI's field-building efforts, including mobilizing stakeholders, hosting convenings, and sharing learning and best practices.
