GMC Never Say Never Moment: Kyle Orton

Despite going up against a punter's key fourth-down conversion and a late comeback from one of the NFC's premier teams, Buffalo Bills quarterback Kyle Orton won Week 7's GMC Never Say Never Moment. The veteran signal-caller conducted a game-winning drive, concluding with a Sammy Watkins touchdown grab with one second left on the clock.

Johnny Hekker, St. Louis Rams

Rams use special teams trickery to shock Seahawks: The St. Louis Rams pulled off a shocking 28-26 win over the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. A 90-yard trick punt return for a touchdown by wide receiver Stedman Bailey in the second quarter gave the Rams a 21-3 lead. However, the Seahawks mounted a comeback and moved to within two points of the Rams late in the fourth quarter. Facing a fourth-and-3 at their own 18-yard line, the Rams pulled off a fake punt play when punter Johnny Hekker connected with running back Benny Cunningham for an 18-yard gain to continue the drive.

Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions

Lions' late rally stuns Saints: The Detroit Lions scored two fourth quarter touchdowns in the final four minutes to eliminate a 23-10 deficit for a 24-23 win over the New Orleans Saints. Down 13 with 5:17 to play Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford directed a six-play, 90-yard touchdown drive that resulted in a 73-yard touchdown pass to receiver Golden Tate. The Lions' defense then set up the winning score when safety Glover Quin had an interception that gave Detroit possession of the ball at the Saints' 14-yard line. Stafford connected with receiver Corey Fuller for a 5-yard touchdown to give the Lions the lead. The Lions' defense then prevented the potent Saints offense from scoring in the final two minutes to preserve the win.

Kyle Orton, Buffalo Bills

Bills win on last-second Orton-to-Watkins score: Veteran quarterback Kyle Orton connected with rookie receiver Sammy Watkins for a 2-yard touchdown with a second remaining to lift the Buffalo Bills to a 17-16 win over the Minnesota Vikings. That play capped a 15-play, 80-yard drive, during which Orton converted a fourth-and-20 play, a third-and-12 situation and set up the decisive score on a 28-yard pass to Chris Hogan on a second-and-20 play.
