For the second consecutive season Buffalo's running attack was the best in the NFL. Led by Running Back LeSean McCoy who finished the year with almost 1,300 yards on the ground. Running Back Mike Gillislee led the league in average yards per carry with 5.7 and Quarterback Tyrod Taylor rushed for a career high six touchdowns. With multiple looks and personnel grouping it has been proven difficult to stop everything in Buffalo's rushing attack.
