  • Dwayne Allen

    TE, Clemson

A few years ago Dwayne wanted to be the best tight end in the conference. But then he had the realization that he wasn't even the best tight end on his team. So he changed his approach. He set goals and worked hard in the gym, on the field and in the classroom, where he was majoring in nutrition. This year Dwayne won the Mackey Award as the nation's top tight end, was named All ACC First Team, helping carry Clemson to a 10-4 record. His next goal? The NFL.

  • Justin Blackmon

    WR, Oklahoma State

His junior year he was named Big 12 player of the year. He was a two-time consensus All-American and two-time Biletnikoff Award winner. Though he still has a nice jump shot, he's ready to do whatever it takes to continue his career in the NFL.

But an injury-plagued Junior year was capped off by a season-ending pectoral tear. Instead of giving up, he dug deep and began a process to get his body and his game right. Stronger than ever, he's looking for a chance to put it all together as a rookie in the NFL.

  • Robert Griffin III

    QB, Baylor

Robert always played football because he was good at it. But an ACL injury his sophomore year at Baylor changed how he thought about it. He realized he loved the game. So he put in the time and work, and fought his way back to lead his team and the nation in pass efficiency. A holder of Texas high school state records in the hurdles, a BS in political science, the 2011 Davey O'Brien Award and the 2011 Heisman Trophy, Robert Griffin III is ready to be RG3 in the NFL.

  • LaMichael James

    RB, Oregon

At 5'9', 185 pounds, LaMichael James has never been a big guy. But that never stopped him. James was the winner of the 2010 Doak Walker award, a 2010 Heisman Finalist and went on to become the 2011 Pac-12 Championship Game MVP. Now James is just looking for a shot so he can continue to defy the odds in the NFL.

  • Matt Kalil

    OT, USC

His father played in the USFL and his brother is the center for the Carolina Panthers. Football is the Kalil family business. In a stand-out junior season, Matt racked up All-American, All Pac-12 First Team honors, and the Pac-12 Morris Trophy. With projections that make him a top 5 pick in the draft, Matt is ready to continue the legacy and make a name of his own in the NFL.

  • Luke Kuechly

    LB, Boston College

Kuechly is a competitior who is always asking questions and looking for ways to get better. In the tape room, in the classroom, with a dietitian, and on the field. And it shows. He won the 2011 Butkus Award as the country's top linebacker, the 2011 Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and the 2011 Ronnie Lott Impact Trophy as the nation's top defender who also has shown involvement in his community. Now he's setting his sights on the NFL.

A two-time national champion, winner of the Doak Walker Award, Heisman Finalist, first-team All-American and SEC Offensive Player of the Year, Richardson is considered the best RB out of college since Adrian Peterson. He is ready to prove himself so he can provide for his family. He's determined to stay healthy and punish anyone who tries to stand in his way.
