How do Titans get CJ2K into camp?
Chris Johnson is the best player on the team and he's still on his rookie contract after 5,606 yards and 38 touchdowns in three seasons. He needs to be paid as a top-three running back. DeAngelo Williams' deal ($43 million, $21 million guaranteed) isn't going to get it done. The big fines for holding out likely will never have to be paid, and Johnson knows it. The Titans started free agency with $10 million under the cap and have since released Vince Young. They have the room to do a deal.
How will defense transition to new coach, players?
Tennessee will always be considered a physical football team and that starts with intense defense. Jason Babin had 12.5 sacks last year and he's now in Philadelphia, as is his coordinator from 2010, Jim Washburn. Stephen Tulloch left for Detroit via free agency, so how do the Titans replace his 160 tackles at the middle linebacker spot? The Titans will hope that newly acquired Barrett Ruud can adequately fill that void.
Will Hasselbeck improve offense?
The quick answer is yes. Matt Hasselbeck will bring instant stability to the Titans' offense, which he knows intimately. He should help Kenny Britt live up to his potential, and the days of a limited package because of the QB are over unless Hasselbeck gets hurt (he has missed 13 games in the last three years). Hasselbeck will do a great job of mentoring Jake Locker but he'll never give up the starting job to him.

Top position battle

The Titans have every intention to start newly acquired Matt Hasselbeck at quarterback over rookie Jake Locker, but who do you think should be the starter on kickoff weekend if each plays well in camp and the preseason?
