  • What we learned: Cowboys extend win streak

Despite a strong defensive effort from the Vikings, the Cowboys extended their winning streak to 11 games in a 17-15 victory Thursday night. Chris Wesseling breaks down what we learned.
  • Vikes DE Robison upset about missed call: 'It's got to get better'

If the Minnesota Vikings didn't have bad luck, they would have no luck at all. During Thursday night's loss to the Cowboys, after an incredible effort from their defense, the officials let them down.
  • Vikings doomed by lack of counterpunch

Minnesota came close to being the first team to beat Dallas since Week 1 but fell short. They're 1-6 since a 5-0 start and this Next Gen Stats takes a look at how their pass game is a big reason.
  • Zimmer sits out 'TNF' after eye surgery

Mike Zimmer will not be on the sidelines Thursday against Dallas after having emergency eye surgery. Special teams coach Mike Priefer will coach the Vikings in Zimmer's absence.
  • Peterson is 'ahead of schedule', runs on side at Vikings practice

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson took the next step toward returning to the field Tuesday, running off on the side of Minnesota practice with trainers.
  • Bradford: Vikes' offense needs 'explosive plays'

Sam Bradford dinked-and-dunked his way to a loss in Detroit on Thanksgiving. The Minnesota Vikings quarterback is pining for some explosive plays from his restricted offense.
  • Slay's late INT keys Lions' win vs. Vikes

An interception by Darius Slay off Sam Bradford in the final minute set up a 40-yard field goal by Matt Prater as time expired to lift the Detroit Lions to a 16-13 victory over the Vikings on Thursday.
  • Peterson still on track for 2016 return

After undergoing surgery to repair a torn lateral meniscus, Adrian Peterson hoped to return to the Vikings in December. The former NFL MVP remains on track to achieve that goal.
  • Diggs ruled out for Vikings against Lions

Sam Bradford will be without his top target on Thanksgiving. The Minnesota Vikings listed receiver Stefon Diggs as inactive for Thursday's tilt versus the Detroit Lions.
  • Cardinals LB: 'When are we going to wake up'

Following the Arizona Cardinals' 30-24 loss to the Vikings, coach Bruce Arians appeared more baffled than ever. Cards LB Kevin Minter summed up that feeling quite well after the game.
  • Vikings end losing skid with thrilling victory

Minnesota snapped its four-game losing skid in exciting fashion, avoiding a late collapse to send the Cardinals back to Arizona with a losing record after the Vikings triumphed at U.S. Bank Stadium.
  • Poor sound guy blown up during Vikes player intros

General rule of thumb: When the fog is coming out of the Viking ship, halt. A poor sound guy working for the FOX coverage team learned this lesson the hard way before the start of Vikings-Cardinals.
