Joe Philbin was named the Dolphins' new head coach in January 2012.

He was the Green Bay Packers' offensive coordinator from 2007 to 2011. He joined the Packers on Feb. 10, 2003 as assistant offensive line coach. Philbin came to Green Bay after four seasons as offensive line coach at the University of Iowa from 1999 to 2002. He served as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Harvard University from 1997 to 1998, offensive coordinator/offensive line coach at Northeastern University from 1995 to 1996, and offensive line coach at Ohio University in 1994.
