  • Adobe Flash Player If you don't have the Flash Player plug-in, you can download it here.
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed, or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
  • Firefox 2.0+, Internet Explorer 7.0+, Safari 2.0+
  • A broadband connection with 500+ Kbps is recommended for continuous playback

How do I check my system's compatibility? We have an area dedicated to system requirements just above this FAQs section. There you can find information around recommended operating system, browser and our required Adobe Flash Player version.

How can I watch the game in full screen mode? In order to offer you the richest experience, our video player can not be viewed in a full-screen capacity. However, you can click on any of the feeds' "maximize" button to further enhance the viewing quality.

I asked a live commentary question, but I don't see my answer? Our team tries to answer as many questions as possible, but given the amount of questions we receive throughout the events, we can not get to each one. But we do our best to answer the best and most relevant questions throughout the events.

Why am I getting a "data not available" error? Sometimes we may lose connection to the Live Commentary, and in the case that this happens we ask you to be patient while we fix the issue. You may also reload the browser if it hasn't been resolved after a few minutes.
