• What is NFL Fan Rewards?

  NFL Fan Rewards is a fun free program that allows you to earn coins redeemable for great rewards!

• Do I need to be registered or login to NFL.com to participate in the NFL Fan Rewards program?

  You do not have to be logged in to NFL.com to earn Coins. However, in order to save the coins, points and badges that you've earned, or redeem coins for rewards, you must be logged in to NFL.com. If you do not have an NFL.com account, you can create one (registration is free) by clicking on the Register link at the top left of the NFL.com page.

• What can I do with Coins?

  Redeem your Coins for a variety of great rewards. For a list of available rewards, check out the Rewards Store.

• How do I earn Coins?

  Earn Coins by doing the things you normally do on NFL.com, such as visiting regularly, commenting on stories, sharing pages with your friends and watching videos. You can also earn bonus Coins by completing Drives and recruiting your friends to NFL Fan Rewards.

• How do I know I'm earning Coins?

  Your coin count will increase as you earn Coins. Your Coin count can be found in the green NFL Fan Rewards bar at the bottom of your internet browser as well as in the My Status sections on the NFL Fan Rewards pages.

  What are Points and how are they different from Coins?

  In addition to earning Coins on NFL.com, you will also accumulate Points. While Coins are redeemable for rewards, Points are not. Points are used to determine your level as well as your place on the leaderboard.

• What is a Drive?

  Drives are a series of related actions that will earn you more points. Each step in a Drive will give you the details to complete the play - follow each play call and get yourself some more Coins! For a full list of available Drives, visit the Drives page.

• How do I know when new Drives are available?

  New drives will be listed on the Drives page as well as on your My Rewards page. Additionally, new drives will be included in the NFL Fan Rewards notification bar at the top of NFL.com (next to your username).

• What is a weekly bonus play?

  Weekly bonus plays are quick one-step drives that can be completed for coins. Bonus plays are refreshed each week on Tuesdays and are listed on the My Rewards page.

• How do I know when new Rewards are available?

  New rewards will be added throughout the year. Be sure to check the Rewards Store page for new offerings. Additionally, when a new Reward becomes available, they will be included in the NFL Fan Rewards notification bar at the top of NFL.com (next to your username).

• What does it mean to Play For a reward?

  Selecting a reward to play for is similar to creating a wish list. When you click on the Play For This Reward button next to a reward, you will be able to track your progress toward earning enough coins to redeem that reward.

  I've redeemed my Coins for a reward. When will I receive it?

  If you have redeemed Coins for a discount code, you will receive it instantly at the end of the redemption process. Additionally, you will receive an email, sent to the email address when you redeem your Coins, that will also contain the discount code. Physical rewards will be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Sweepstakes winners will be notified approximately two weeks after the sweepstakes closes. • What are the monthly sweepstakes?

  Each month you can redeem your coins for entries into a sweepstakes for trips to the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, Draft, and the International Series or other great prizes. Each month's sweepstakes open on the 1st of the month and closes on the last day of that month.

• Can anyone enter the monthly sweepstakes?

  Sweepstakes entrants must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Read the NFL Fan Rewards Sweepstakes Official Rules for more details.

• Is there a limit as to the number of times I can enter the monthly sweepstakes?

  Each individual can enter an NFL Fan Rewards monthly sweepstakes a maximum of 25 times per month.

• What are the NFL Fan Rewards status levels and how do I level up?

  The program contains a number of levels: Rookie, Backup, Starter, Captain, All-Pro, Hall of Famer, and Legend. Your level is determined by the number of Points you earn. Earning Points is easy -- simply do the things you normally do on the site such as read articles, watch videos, share, comment, and more. The more you engage with NFL.com, the more Points you will receive. The more Points you receive, the faster you level up.

  How is my rank in the leaderboard determined?

  Your rank is based on the number of points you earn through the NFL Fan Rewards program. To see where you rank, check out the Leaderboards page.

• How do I earn badges?

  Badges are earned by reaching milestones for sharing, viewing videos, leaving comments, and coming back to the site often.

• Where can i see the badges I've earned?

  Your badges are located on the Achievements page.

• Can I turn off the green NFL Fan Rewards bar at the bottom of my browser?

  You can turn off the green rewards bar at the bottom of your browser by following these steps: 1) click on the settings icon on the green bar , 2) on the pop up window that appears, change the setting for displaying the Rewards dock to Off

• Can I access NFL Fan Rewards on my mobile device?

  Yes, NFL Fan rewards can be accessed by visiting NFL.com on your smart phone or tablet. Note, however, that the NFL '12 mobile application does not allow you to access NFL Fan Rewards. The NFL '12 application features a separate rewards platform, that will still allow you to accumulate points that can be redeemed. However, they are not transferable to you NFL Fan Rewards account.
