Peyton Manning set the NFL single-season record with 51 touchdown passes in Week 16. The record came on a fourth quarter pass to Julius Thomas. Tom Brady held the previous record with 50 touchdown passes. Manning still has one more week to add to his historic total, and chase the single-season passing yardage record held by Drew Brees.

Manning threw a touchdown pass on the Broncos' first possession of the game, but after that the San Diego defense made life tough for No. 18. Manning finished the game with 289 passing yards, two touchdown passes and one interception as the Broncos fell to the Chargers 27-20. Even without Coach John Fox recovering from heart surgery, Peyton Manning continued his dominance in Week 10 throwing four touchdown passes, including three to Demaryius Thomas. The Broncos came out of their bye hot and beat the San Diego Chargers 28-20 to go 8-1.

Manning returned to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on his old team, the Indianapolis Colts, in a Week 7 showdown. Despite Manning throwing for 386 yards and three touchdown passes, it was Andrew Luck and the Colts who emerged victorious, dealing Manning and the Broncos their first loss of the season.

WEEK 6 HIGHLIGHTS

Week 6 marked the first time in 2013 where Manning failed to cross the 300-yard mark, but he still threw for 295 yards and added two more touchdown passes, bringing his season total to 22. The only blemish in Manning's game was an interception to Paul Posluszny. Yet, that wasn't enough for the Jaguars to keep it close, as Manning and the Broncos won and rolled to a 6-0 record.

WEEK 1 HIGHLIGHTS

Manning kicked off the 2013 NFL season in a big way, tying an NFL record by throwing seven touchdown passes and exacting revenge on the Baltimore Ravens after the Ravens ended Manning's playoff hopes last season. Manning became the first player in 44 years to throw seven touchdowns in game, and became just the sixth quarterback in NFL history to accomplish the feat.
