NFL Player Development sees each player as an individual whose life is important. Each player possesses special athletic talents and unique personal attributes that can lead to personal success, and contribute to the success of their team and the NFL. The demands and rewards of professional football can also create a special set of issues for players and their families -- issues that NFL Player Development can help address through Continuing Education, Financial Education, Career Development, Player Assistance Services and Career Transition.
