Q. How do I find out about employment opportunities with the NFL?
A. The National Football League posts team job opportunities on NFL.com. All other questions should be directed to the human resource representatives at the league and individual teams. Additionally, the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) frequently post job opportunities on NFLPA.org.

Q. What qualifications do you need to pursue a career in player development?
A. Our Player Development Directors are a diverse group of individuals with many different skill sets. Each team hires its own player development staff and therefore sets its own requirements.

Q. I would like to submit a proposal for review to the Player Development department. Where should I send the proposal? What are the minimum requirements?
A. All proposals should follow the proposal guidelines. If a proposal does not meet all of the stated requirements, it will not be evaluated. Please mail a copy of the finished proposal to:
