Strengths
McPhee's a productive, durable prospect. Uses strength and power to bull rush his way to the quarterback. Closes well for a bigger end. Very stout at the point of attack against the run. Can hold the edge or move inside and still anchor. Motor doesn't stop until the play's over.
Weaknesses
Doesn't possess great get off or speed to consistently get the edge. Doesn't show a versatile arsenal of pass rushing moves. Holds up well at the point, but needs to get better with his hands and shed quicker. Awareness needs to improve some. Not an overly fluid or smooth athlete.
