Pick Analysis: Lefeged is an in-the-box safety that does not tackle well enough to assume this role at the next level. He gets good depth when dropping into coverage, but lacks the speed to be a center fielder. He also struggles to locate the ball carrier in run support and does not show the ability to shed and wade through traffic. He is aggressive at the point of attack, but he is not a strong tackler and is run through far too often. Lefeged is a tough football player that could contribute on special teams in the NFL and might be a rookie free agent.
