Draft 2013

Pick Analysis: Square has gone from young apprentice behind the likes of Marcell Dareus and Terrence Cody is now a senior leader, playing strong whether lined up inside or outside on the Tide?s ultra-talented defensive line. His career didn?t start off that well, as he tore his right ACL in the second game of 2009. Square came back to play in every game the next season, however, even getting into the starting lineup six times (27 tackles, seven for loss, three sacks). The departure of Dareus from the front line gave Square even more responsibility as a junior; he started all 13 games, making 32 stops, seven for loss and a sack for the BCS champions. In 2012, Square once again started in all 13 games. He made 33 tackles, four of them for loss, and also notched 3.5 sacks, one fumble recovery, and one pass defended.
