    There have been three games this season in which a team didn't punt. Two of those games were vs. the Cowboys, in Week 5 (Broncos 51, Cowboys 48) and Week 14 (Bears 45, Cowboys 28). The 1981 Packers are the only other NFL team since 1950 that faced two opponents who did not punt in a game.

He has posted one winning record in his last six seasons as a head coach. Shanahan 1-5 in the playoffs without John Elway as his QB.
