Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert watches as his backup Chad Henne leads the Jaguars to a 24-19 win over the Tennessee Titans. In his post-game press conference, Henne said he hoped the win will "build confidence" for the team. If not, Gabbert's fearsome 'stache could do the trick.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith watches his back-up Colin Kaepernick lead the 49ers to a 31-21 victory over the surging New Orleans Saints.
