Three-time Super Bowl winner and two-time Cowboys Pro Bowler Daryl Johnston joined NFL Network in 2010 as an analyst on the network's signature show, NFL Total Access.

Johnston can also be seen as a game analyst on the NFL on Fox, along with play-by-play announcer Kenny Albert and sideline reporter Tony Siragusa, a broadcast team that has been together since the 2008 season. Johnston joined NFL on Fox in 2001 as a game analyst alongside play-by-play announcer Dick Stockton.

Prior to joining Fox's coverage of the NFL, Johnston served as a game analyst for CBS' coverage of the NFL in 2000, as well as for Fox's coverage of the 2000 season of NFL Europa.

Johnston's broadcasting career also includes hosting duties on television and radio shows in the Dallas, TX area including Inside the Huddle with Craig James on KDFW-TV, The Daryl Johnston Show on KXAS-TV and The Moose Call, a weekly radio show on KRLD/KLIF.

From 1989-1999, Johnston was an All-Pro fullback for the Dallas Cowboys and a key member of the Cowboys' Super Bowl-winning teams in 1993 (Super Bowl XXVII), 1994 (Super Bowl XXVIII) and 1996 (Super Bowl XXX). Earning the nickname "Moose" from backup quarterback Babe Laufenberg, Johnston became a full-time starter in 1991 and was the first-ever fullback to appear in the Pro Bowl when he was selected to the team in 1993 and 1994. During his 10-year career (all with Dallas), Johnston appeared in 151 games (122 starts), rushed for 753 career yards and eight touchdowns on 232 carries and had 294 receptions for 2,227 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Johnston was a 2nd round draft pick (39th overall) in the 1989 NFL Draft of the Dallas Cowboys out of Syracuse University. Johnston is a 1989 graduate of Syracuse University where as a member of the Orangemen football team he earned All-Big East honors in 1988 an was an All-American in 1989.

A native of Youngstown, New York, Johnston now resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Diane, son Aidan and daughter Evan.
