Albert Breer joined NFL Network and NFL.com as a reporter in October 2010.

Breer contributes field reports for NFL Total Access and NFL GameDay Morning and writes regular columns on NFL.com. This past summer, Breer served as NFL Network and NFL.com's lead reporter during the NFL labor negotiations, covering the five-month dialogue from beginning to end.

Breer joined NFL Network and NFL.com from the Boston Globe where he served as the lead beat reporter for the New England Patriots since 2009.

Prior to the Boston Globe, held stints as a NFL writer for The Sporting News and as the Dallas Cowboys beat writer for the Dallas Morning News.

A native of Sudbury, MA, Breer is a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a B.A. in Journalism. Shortly following graduation, Breer returned to his Boston roots and launched his journalism career with the Metro West Daily News in 2004, covering Boston College athletics and the New England Patriots beat.
