The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday that they have signed center Eric Ghiaciuc, who started 16 games for the Cincinnati Bengals last season.
Terms of the deal with the unrestricted free agent weren't disclosed.
Ghiaciuc, a four-year veteran, had spent his entire NFL career in Cincinnati. He entered the league in 2005 as a fourth-round draft pick out of Central Michigan University and became a full-time starter in his second season.
Ghiaciuc is the second center signed this offseason by the Chiefs. Rudy Niswanger, Kansas City's starter the last two seasons, signed his restricted free-agent tender.
